Group Triathlon Training Programs
Training for triathlons is complicated, confusing, and also really fun! Our programs will help you master the essentials of great training and racing from the basics of cardio to the nuances of transitions. Whether your goal is simply to finish an Ultra, master the Half, set a PR (personal record) in an Olympic, or tri a Sprint, our Tri Three Programs can help!

Bi-Weekly Group Workouts
Group workouts are a great way to increase the fun of training. However, the downsides can be many: getting left behind, compromising your training to do someone else’s workout, or just not getting the information you need to improve. Performance High & Team Therapeutic Associates-Dobbiaco seek to change this through solid COACHED group workouts. In addition to workouts that meet your training needs, our coaches will provide motivation, training tips, technique help, & safety protocols. Come see what Tri Three Group Workouts can do for you!!
Registration fee includes year-round group workouts & a Team TAI-Dobbiaco annual membership. Membership benefits include:
- Team TAI–Dobbiaco Wear (cycling jersey or trisuit)
- Race Fee Reimbursement Program – Yes, you can get paid to race!! This can be anywhere from $100 to $200 per season!
- Discounts at many local businesses.
Days/Times:
Wed.’s 5:30-7:30 p.m. (rotation of spin, swim, weight/core workouts)
Sat’s 8:00-10:30’ish a.m. (bike/run workouts)

Jan-Mar: Parkcenter Fitness
Apr-Oct: Various outdoor locations
