"Fast Feet" Run Technique Clinics

Improving your run performance is more than just "running more". Mastering the fine points of efficient technique will not only help you run longer and easier, but will also decrease your risk of injury. Our clinics use video analysis, lecture, and targeted drills to teach you the basics of solid running technique. These clinics are team-taught by Michelle Stan Wiens and a Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapist.

To help you acquire all the elements of excellent run technique we offer a progression of clinics and follow-up sessions.

"Fast Feet" Foundation Clinics

This 2-hr clinics introduce you to "free energy" which, when maximized, is the easiest way to move forward. "Free energy" is learning to move forward more effortlessly by utilizing the forces found in nature rather than you just working harder. Once you've completed the Foundation Clinic, you can sign up for Progress + Refilm follow-up sessions.

"Faster Feet" Propulsion Clinics

After you've mastered the basics of "free energy", then you're ready to focus on maximizing "your energy". Our 2-hour Propulsion Clinics help you connect the power-producing capabilities of your body with the free-flow mechanics of "free energy" for a faster run that is easier than you ever thought possible! Once you've completed the Propulsion Clinic, you can sign up for Progress + Refilm follow-up sessions.

**Propulsion Prerequisite - You must currently and consistently be running at or below an 8:30 minute per mile pace.

"Fast Feet" Progress Sessions + Refilm

After both the Foundation and Propulsion Clinics you can continue your technique acquisition with four 1-hour coached Progress Sessions + Refilming. The Progress Sessions will be held weekly (with a minimum of 4 participants) and will provide coaching feedback on your drilling, technique progression, and integration into running. Once you've completed your four Progress Sessions, we'll refilm you! Progress Session + Refilm must be used within 3 months of your clinic date.
