Michelle StanWiens, M.S.
Performance High Founder & Coach
Michelle StanWiens, a USA Triathlon Level 2 Coach, has coached endurance athletes for over 10 years. Highlights of Michelle's career include an internship at the U.S. Olympic Training Center and a trip to Hungary as a USAT Assistant Coach for a triathlon World Cup.
Matt Booth, DPT, OCS
Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy Clinic Director, Parkcenter
Matt Booth is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and combines his interests of injury prevention and treatment with his triathlon pursuits. Matt competed in 2005 and 2009 Ironman Coeur d'Alene, 2007 and 2008 USA Triathlon National Championships, and took 1st place in his Age Group at the 2008 Deschutes Dash Triathlon in Bend, OR. He is currently training for Ironman 70.3 Boise and Ironman Arizona 2010.
Derek Stiegemeier, DPT
Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy Clinic Director, Nampa
Boise native Derek Stiegemeier combines his interests in physical therapy, athletic enhancement, and computer/video-aided biomechanical analysis to help athletes reach their competitive goals. His athletic career included 16 years of competitive alpine ski racing as well as acting as a coach and sprint athlete for the Montana Athletic Enhancement Program. Past triathlon history included the 2008 Ironman 70.3 Boise and coach for the 2009 Tri Three Team.
Derek's clinical emphasis is on orthopedics with a focus on manual therapy and biomechanical analysis of the upper and lower extremities.
Brian Baker
Racer
In 1994, Brian Baker "discovered" running. From that first experience, he has gone on to compete in more than 50 marathons, ultras and Ironman events. In 2006, he left the corporate world to devote his time to training and coaching. He now works at Shu's Idaho Running Co. and represents Tri Three Team and Team Therapeutic Associates/Dobbiaco by winning the Famous Potato and Pacific Crest Marathon as well as the Emmett Sprint Triathlon.

Andrew Beck, B.A., NASM, ACE, & AFPA
Racer, Certified Personal Trainer, & Performance Supplementation Specialist
Andrew Beck comes from a fast-twitch background that involved training athletes or competing himself in track sprinting, downhill skiing, tennis, and bodybuilding. After resolving vascular disease, he sought something that would truly "test his marbles" and found triathlon a perfect fit of challenge and reward. Since his conversion to "slow-twitch," Andrew has trained with Performance High to compete at over 20 multisport events.
Tiedji Baker
Racer
A teacher by trade and a racer by heart, Tiedji has been running and training for as long as she can remember. Exercise has always been the cornerstone of her healthful life as evidenced by her "on the run" wedding ceremony and a car sale that allowed her to bike-commute 24 miles roundtrip in college. In 2007 she completed her first Ultra distance triathlon and in 2008, Tiedji qualified for her first Boston Marathon.
Mike Vannatta, DPT
Racer, Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapist, Parkcenter
Mike is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who combines his interest in athlete injury prevention with his own quest towards multi-sport achievements. Mike assisted with the Tri Three Training program in 2009 and is very excited to again be working with the program. He is currently training for the City of Trees Half Marathon and hopes to compete in the 2010 Ironman 70.3 Boise.
Rich Nestor
Racer
Rich has been in the sport of triathlon for the last four years during which time he has competed in Olympic, Half, and Ultra triathlon distances. Recent race highlights include qualifying for Nationals in 2008 and a 6th place finish/age group win at the Moses Lake Triathlon. Additionally, he was a junior state swim champion and has a strong cycling background.
Mike Hargis
Racer, Business Owner
Mike Hargis has spent the last 25 years racing all over the Northwest. His athletic accomplishments include nine marathons, over 75 half-marathons (14 Robies), 15 relay events, eight duathlons, and 18 triathlons (two Ironman 70.3 Boise events)! He has also given back to the sports he loves by volunteering at many races. In 2006, he began coaching athletes for City of Trees Marathon through Boise Run/Walk Program. He has also coached for the Bench Mark Training Program.
